Pokemon is owned by Nintendo and created by Satoshi Tajiri around 1995. It was at first released as a Game Boy role-playing video game. In the Pokemon universe, a trainer encounters a wild Pokemon and is able to capture it by throwing extraordinary tool called a Pok Ball at it. If the Pokemon cant escape the Pok Ball, that Pokemon is then considered to be owned by that Trainer, and it will obey whatever commands its new master and / or buddy (depending on how that trainer treats Pokemon in general) issues to it from that point onward. This is however only the case as long as the trainer displays enough exposure to control it. If not, the Pokemon will cease to take orders.
